Agendas and Minutes of Parish Council meetings
Parish Council meetings are open to the public; the public comment agenda item is always early on in the meeting Residents have an opportunity to raise issues or concerns via contacting the clerk. Where possible the clerk will respond to your email to resolve the point; if this is not possible the point will be put to the Parish Council at the next scheduled meeting to consider a response. It is at the Chair’s discretion whether he/she permits the member of public to speak at the meeting; in which case the point should be concise and made with respect. The Chair can request that an unruly attendee leave the meeting should it be felt appropriate.
